GrowOut

GrowOut
Activate, awaken and restore intentional human connection and business development through nature.
My Why
Connection is all around us. Newton's first law of motion states “An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.” If we keep pushing ahead at the same speed and same direction, how will change happen? Or in opposition to this, if we sit and wait for change to happen, how do we expect it to happen? What/who will be the unbalanced force?
Since 2012 I have worked with executive leaders in the roles of advisor, consultant, CFO/controller and coach. During this time I have seen companies succeed and companies fail. The biggest predictor of success or failure is not the idea but the individual behind the idea. Does that individual (leader/CEO/Executive Director) have the ability to be the unbalanced force? The ability to alter the direction and overcome obstacles? That is the skill I hope to equip every leader with. This includes knowing themselves and their environment and resiliency.
