Look no further than GrowOut's immersive 3-day wilderness program focused on professional development, resiliency training, outdoor training, experiential learning, adventure training, and wellness retreat. Unplug from technology and immerse yourself in nature to better understand your leadership style, strengths and weaknesses, resiliency, and communication style. This program is designed to help you gain a deeper appreciation for nature and its inherent connection to our well-being. You will leave with new skills and practical ways to apply them to your business, groups, and life. Program Highlights include: - Pre-trip dinner the night before to connect and prepare for the journey ahead. - Day one includes hiking, setting up camp, mindfulness, connection, self-reflection, and appreciation of surroundings. - Day two includes mastering mindfulness, inward glancing to values, goals, boundaries, strengths, weaknesses, and internal dialogue and acceptance, as well as an outward design challenge, strategic planning/ideation session, and group hike. - Day three includes hiking, connection, reflection/self-awareness, sustainability lesson, unstructured play, and debrief. - Participants should be able and willing to hike for at least 5km/3miles while carrying a 15kg/30lb backpack. - The program is entirely outside, including sleeping in a tent. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or make changes, please contact us at least 30 days prior to the start of your program to receive full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Any cancellations lest than 30 days, the full program amount will be forfeited, unless that space can rebooked at full price, plus a 10% processing fee towards the initial booking.
