Not quite ready to spend three days in the wilderness. This three-day strategic planning session starts with one-day journey that seamlessly blends personal development with strategic business growth in nature. Wilderness: Mindfulness, Connection, Core Competencies, Impact, Vision and Values Focus Question: How did we get here? Focus Question: Where are we headed? Focus Question: How are we going to get there? This is then followed with two day classroom or onsite session which will put the preplanning to paper, where a strategic plan is formulated. - Breaking your 5 - 10 year goals into manageable pieces. - Creating your annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly plan - Determining how you are going to measure success. Retreat includes food, equipment and experienced facilitator certified in wilderness first aid. Our retreat aims to empower individuals to not only succeed in business but to lead more fulfilling lives, all while embracing mindfulness, nurturing connections, and cultivating a strategic mindset.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or make changes, please contact us at least 30 days prior to the start of your program to receive full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Any cancellations lest than 30 days, the full program amount will be forfeited, unless that space can rebooked at full price, plus a 10% processing fee towards the initial booking.
