A Two-Phase Strategic Planning Experience

GrowOut’s strategic planning retreats are intentionally structured to address both the human and strategic dimensions of leadership.

Phase One: Leadership Alignment in Nature

(1–3 days)

The retreat begins with a facilitated wilderness experience designed to:

• Build trust and alignment within the leadership team

Phase Two: Strategic Planning & Direction Setting

(2 days)

• Translating strategy into clear next steps
