What better way to build connection than to get away from office distractions and get out in nature. This program can be tailored to your co-founder team needs. Whether it be working on better communication skills, resiliency, or planning for business success, we can create the best experience for your needs. Participants will learn about themselves and their co-founder by solving unique challenges, using the environment and each other to think about ways to improve their organizational goals and processes. More importantly, take time to have fun and get to know each other outside of their usual context and norms. * For more adventurous teams this experience can also be offered in a muti-day format.
